I personally have always liked the pecan flavor in my foods. I decided to try a bag of this coffee and for the price and taste, not bad. I'll for sure buy it again.

Very fresh coffee beans, one can see the oils glistening on the beans, and the aroma is fine; however, the taste has me puzzled and has put me off coffee and men for a while; eh gads, what will I ever do, seriously, I am once again a poor ruined soul walking ghostly about the morning kitchen singing There's Got To Be A Morning After--from some adventure film of the last century. Different people taste the same coffee differently; and to me, it tasted like vanilla flavoring and not the good type of vanilla, more like some very chemical artificial cheapness, and copycat of vanilla or some other flavoring from some galaxy far away. Then I read the ingredients and it read artificial and natural flavorings, so I now wonder what the artificial flavoring is and why they do it. Why? This does not taste to me like the pecan coffee I am use to drinking down home. I had great expectations toward my holiday mornings' brew, but I'm not going to return it since it is the same freshness that I have come to expect from this fine family-owned company, and I might have taken notice upon ordering it that it contains some artificial flavoring--I did not notice; is the disclaimer there on Amazon if they feel so inclined to place an artificial flavoring notice? Heck, some folks might run to buy it now that I have extended my review since many people seem to like like like heavy tastes as those flavors that line the shelves of groceries such as the heavily-flavored coffee creamers now popular. True pecan coffee from the true South has a subtle flavor in my experience. Thank you, Dan.
