I'm a home roaster, and I really enjoy coffee. This blend does taste good when roasted. My reason for 4 stars is the quality of bean is not the best. I had to sort through it to find rocks and bad beans before roasting. This was the first time I had to do that with this company. Not a big problem, I paid less than the fancier ones. The beans roast well, but turn out less attractive than the higher quality beans. If I was stretched for money I would purchase this product again, but I would probably pony up for some higher quality beans next time.

this blend roasts to a medium color and has a great flavor and aftertaste. it becomes somewhat bitter if roasted to french roast.
