I love my French Press, and am always searching for the best coffee beans to press -- this one is easily my new favorite. (It also seems especially apt for espresso.) For me, this coffee is similar to Jamaican Blue Mountain because it has a sort of mellow and silky presence, a sweet flavor and a low acidity. I only try to buy Fair Trade, and since Puerto Rico is part of the US, these beans are homegrown, yet they possess the exotic flavor that you can only get at high altitudes in the Caribbean islands (e.g. Blue Mountain). Fellow coffee lovers definitely need to try this one.

Of this coffee . It is true no bitterness,no acidity, but not much aroma and not much coffee taste either. When I visited Purto Rico , I drinked in port in a small coffee shop Cafe Cola'o !
