I have a small 4 cup Mister Coffee coffee maker. My wife doesn't drink coffee, so the small size comes in handy. Was looking for something similar to what you find in hotel rooms. It minimizes the mess, and when I weighed what I normally put in it came pretty close to the 0.6 oz in these packets. Each one is in a foil pack, so they're going to keep well. The Maxwell House comes in a resealable container, but their all loose in there. I think the Folgers is a better way to go; especially if you like to keep coffee around for guests. The only instant that's any good is Tasters Choice, but there's something about serving guests an instant. I'd rather have them think they're worth the time it takes to actually brew up a fresh cup.I was reluctant to order the six pack from Amazon, and I lucked out and found a 10 pack at a local Walmart Market store. It actually only cost me $4.18, which is about $6 less than Amazon. But you do have to find a store that carries this smaller 6.34 oz box, so you aren't saving much if you count your time and the gas running around looking for it.

This is excellent coffee with the convenience of filter packs. I have in the past used Maxwell House filter packs and when I saw these I ordered them immediately because I like Folgers coffee. When they arrived I realized that I would have to use two filter packs for a full pot of coffee. I take the blame for not reading the description more closely but I'm not sure why a filter pack would be made for a half pot of coffee. I'll order the Maxwell house filter packs until Folgers starts making a single filter pack that will make a full pot.
