I bought these after it became difficult to find Senseo pods (the K's seem to have pushed pods to the side). I wish I had bought these earlier because I find that my home ground beans (be sure to grind them very finely) are fresher and that I can pack more in than the commercial pods to make my coffee stronger. Of course you can pack less if weaker is what you're after. I use a tea stirring spoon to place 4 heaping spoonfuls in and use the back of the spoon to pack it, then I generally place a 5th spoonful and pack. The top takes a little effort to get on packed this full, but it works and I've never had a problem. I'm just finishing a cup of 8 O'Clock as I type this. Great product which I use daily (I try to keep 4-6 made up for each day). Good product, saved the life of my Senseo machine!
